The Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office confirms that Mr. Edwards has been located and is safe.
COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio — The Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in locating a missing 78-year-old man.
Rick Edwards, who has dementia, was last seen around 7 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, near U.S. Route 30 and Lippincott Road in East Rochester.
Edwards was last spotted wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, and a camouflage hat.
The Sheriff’s Office urges anyone who sees Edwards or has information about his whereabouts to call 911 immediately or contact the office at 330-424-7255.
