STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – The City of Steubenville is advising residents that if you are contacted by Johnson Controls about water meter replacements, please be aware they are in the wrong area.
- The City of Steubenville is not replacing water meters.
- Jefferson County Water is currently installing new meters for their customers, but this does not affect Steubenville customers.
- If you live within city limits, do not allow anyone from Johnson Controls to change out your water meter.
