STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — City officials say a water line break Friday morning on Adams Street in downtown Steubenville has prompted immediate repairs and temporary traffic changes.
According to the city, the break has been isolated between South 9th Street and South 7th Street. Repair crews are on-site, and lane restrictions are now in place along Adams Street, with flaggers directing traffic. Drivers are urged to avoid the area if possible and use alternate routes.
The city is reminding the public to use extra caution when traveling through all work zones. Additional updates may be issued as repairs continue.
