BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – — The Belmont County Engineer’s Office has announced that County Road 32, Kilgore Road, will be closed daily on Nov. 24 and Nov. 25. The closure will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.
Drivers are advised to plan alternate routes during the scheduled shutdown.
