STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — The City of Steubenville says it has received ten applications for the City Manager position, which will open when current City Manager James Mavromatis retires.
City officials have not announced a timeline for interviews or selection, but the process is underway as the city looks for a replacement to lead municipal operations.
