ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio — Belmont County commissioners signed a proclamation Wednesday, March 18 designating April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, joined by representatives from the Tri-County Help Center.
Help Center officials updated commissioners on their ongoing efforts, including operating a 24-hour hotline and connecting survivors with resources throughout the year.
