EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio — An East Liverpool man remains in critical condition following a crash involving a school bus Thursday morning.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Chase Hartley, 24, struck the rear of a Beaver Local school bus after it had stopped to pick up children.
Authorities said none of the children on the bus were injured.
Emergency crews had to extricate Hartley from his vehicle before he was transported by medical helicopter to a hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
