BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — Larry Allen Harvey, the 18-year-old accused of making multiple bomb threats to eight businesses in St. Clairsville Ohio Valley Plaza area on Tuesday afternoon appeared in Belmont County Eastern Divisional Court Thursday for his arraignment.
Harvey faces five counts of terroristic threats and five counts of inducing panic, all felony charges. He was appointed counsel and remains incarcerated in the Belmont County Jail on a $1 million bond.
Prosecutors said they plan to present the case to a Belmont County grand jury ahead of the first preliminary hearing, scheduled for April 2.
