WHEELING, W.Va. — Wheeling police were dispatched to an unusual call Wednesday morning after reports of a naked man inside a dumpster near The Life Hub on 16th Street.
According to emergency scanner traffic, the call was reported shortly before noon. Law enforcement officers responded to the area to investigate.
