WHEELING, W.Va. — A portion of Springdale Avenue is closed Wednesday while crews complete paving work.
The closure is in effect between Decatur and Pinewood avenues and is expected to remain in place until approximately 3 p.m.
Drivers should avoid the affected section and use an alternate route until the work is completed.
The schedule could change because of weather or other unexpected conditions.
