STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — H. Lee Kinney, who played a major role in the formation of Steubenville’s Unibank, has died. He was 85.
Kinney passed away January 15 in Pittsburgh. An Army veteran, he was instrumental in helping establish Unibank and later served as the institution’s chairman and chief executive officer until his retirement.
Kinney was widely recognized for his leadership in the local banking community and his long-standing commitment to Steubenville’s financial development.
