HANCOCK COUNTY, W.Va. — A Massillon, Ohio woman is facing grand larceny charges in Hancock County after allegedly leading police on a cross-state vehicle chase.
Authorities say Natasha Baron, 30, stole a vehicle belonging to a Hancock County resident on Wednesday. Police say Baron drove the vehicle across the Ohio River before officers from East Liverpool, Ohio, and Chester, West Virginia, apprehended her.
