STEUBENVILLE, Ohio – Former Steubenville City Council member Mike Johnson received a job offer Tuesday night to serve as city manager for the Steubenville.
City Council entered executive session to discuss the top two candidates before returning to open session, where members voted 5-2 to offer the position to Johnson.
Johnson previously won a seat on council in 2014. Final details of his employment contract are still being negotiated.
