STEUBENVILLE — Drivers in Steubenville are being urged to allow extra travel time when using the John Scott Connector linking U.S. 22 and state Route 43.
Highway engineers say recent heavy rains washed out part of the sub-base beneath the northbound lane, leading to pavement cracking.
