Ninth victim of the June 14 Ohio County flood identified

OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. – The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office confirmed through the West Virginia Medical Examiner’s Office that the ninth flood victim found in the Ohio River late Tuesday was positively identified as Sandra Parsons, 83, of Triadelphia, West Virginia.

Ohio County officials also provided these updates:

The Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department is offering tetanus shots again in Triadelphia and the City-County Building on Friday, June 27.
