OHIO VALLEY – Police say they now seek the “Interstate Flasher” for five separate incidents in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania where the suspect exposed himself to women —
within a span of hours.
Police describe the suspect as an athletically built white man, about 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds. He wears sunglasses, a baseball cap and an N-95 mask.
Police advise in the event of an encounter to dial or text 9-1-1, as a flashing incident could turn violent.
