EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio — Two East Liverpool men are now in custody in connection with the July 2021 shooting death of 20-year-old Brycen Douglas of East Liverpool.
According to authorities, Curtis Holland and Travis Kidder face multiple felony charges related to the crime.
Their arrests come after two other men were previously convicted in the case. Elvin Tisdale, of Newell, West Virginia, is already serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole, while Allen Tisdale, of East Liverpool, is serving a sentence of more than 10 years in prison for his role in the fatal shooting.
Officials have not yet released details on court appearances or potential trial dates for Holland and Kidder.
