OHIO VALLEY – Juneteenth celebrations are planned in Steubenville and Wheeling beginning Thursday, June 19.
The Steubenville Second Baptist Church has final plans set for its annual Juneteenth Festival which include a community parade from The Fort to the Second Baptist Church.
In Wheeling, the YWCA will kick off their Wheeling Area Juneteenth Celebration on
Thursday, June 19 and finish up Sunday, June 22 at 4 p.m. with a Soul Food Cook-Off at
Laughlin Chapel.
