After Friday Night Lights, Try Havana Nights in Weirton! A River News Business Spotlight
WEIRTON — A new restaurant and cigar bar is adding a unique flavor to the Ohio Valley dining scene. Havana Nights WV Restaurant and Cigar Bar, owned by longtime entrepreneur Eli Elkobi, opened its doors six weeks ago at 222 Park Drive in Weirton.
The establishment blends Cuban and American cuisine with the relaxed atmosphere of a cigar bar — something Elkobi says he has dreamed of opening for years. With more than 35 years of business ownership experience, he saw Weirton as the perfect location to make it a reality.
“I’ve always wanted to open a cigar bar, and Weirton was the right place,” Elkobi said. “It’s a great location, and the demand was here for something different.”
Havana Nights is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and offers diners an experience unlike other eateries in the region. Guests can enjoy Cuban-inspired dishes while also selecting from a cigar menu — a combination that Elkobi believes sets his business apart.
“We’re not just another restaurant,” Elkobi said. “We’re bringing a piece of Cuban culture to Weirton.”
Experience a taste of Cuba right here in the Ohio Valley! Havana Nights WV Restaurant & Cigar Bar is now open at 222 Park Drive — serving up Cuban flavors, American favorites, and a full cigar bar experience. Open 7 days a week, 10 a.m. –10 p.m. Stop in and see what the buzz is about!
