HARRISON COUNTY, Ohio — The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) has completed a major cleanup project along Stillwater Creek aimed at improving water flow and reducing flood risk.
The Milarcik Logjam Project removed debris and blockages from a section of the creek, allowing water to move more freely through the area. Officials say the $321,000 project will help protect nearby properties and infrastructure from potential flooding.
