WEIRTON, W.Va. – Weirton City Council has on the agenda for its regular meeting scheduled tonight at 7 a resolution to modify the city’s purchasing procedures.
City officials say the need for the change comes as the purchasing limit of the city manager’s office increased… but jobs the city has may not attract the three bids currently required.
