STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Officials with the Ohio Department of Transportation say a major repaving project along State Route 7 could begin as early as April.
The project will cover approximately seven miles of roadway, stretching from University Boulevard in Steubenville to Brilliant.
Construction is expected to continue through the summer months, with the project slated for completion by the end of October.
Drivers should anticipate potential traffic impacts once work begins, including lane restrictions and possible delays.
