STEUBENVILLE, Ohio— A man was found dead Tuesday afternoon in the 100 block of North Commercial Alley, according to Police Chief Ken Anderson.
Officers responded to the scene around 2 p.m. and discovered the man’s body near a building. Detectives have since taken over the investigation.
