WEIRTON, W.Va. — The board of WVU Medicine has approved construction of a new cancer treatment center at WVU Medicine Weirton Medical Center.
The $20 million project is part of the health system’s broader capital investment efforts, which also include a new $56 million community hospital in St. Clairsville.
WVU Medicine has invested more than $1.2 billion over the past three years as part of its ongoing expansion campaign.
