PennDOT Expands Traffic Monitoring Ahead of NFL Draft in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH – Pennsylvania’s Department of Transportation has updated its 511PA website to provide specific highway travel times during the NFL Draft, which begins Thursday in Pittsburgh.

PennDOT says it will activate an additional 40 cameras in the region during the event to monitor traffic conditions. Officials also plan to use 32 additional message boards to help drivers navigate roadways and manage congestion during the draft.
