WHEELING, W.Va. – Due to forecasted storms on Wednesday, the 13th Annual Wheeling Police Law Enforcement Memorial has been moved indoors.
The ceremony will now take place inside the gymnasium at West Virginia Northern Community College’s Education Center. Attendees may enter through the main 17th Street entrance or from the Chapline Street side of the building.
The memorial event is still scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 13.
