The West Virginia Public Service Commission has launched a fact-finding investigation into statewide water pressure standards. Regulators say the review is intended to evaluate current pressure levels and determine whether new standards should be established.
Drivers should expect delays beginning Monday as both eastbound and westbound on-ramps from Ohio Route 7 to Interstate 470 close for bridge repairs. Southbound Route 7 traffic will also be reduced to one lane through the interchange during the project.
