CAMBRIDGE, Ohio — Vivek Ramaswamy made a stop in downtown Cambridge on Wednesday, Aug. 26, visiting Midtown Market and speaking about issues affecting Ohio communities.
During the visit, Ramaswamy highlighted property taxes as a major concern and discussed his desire to significantly reduce the property tax burden on Ohio residents. He also pointed to the continued development of data centers as another important issue facing the state.
The visit took place at Midtown Market, a downtown Cambridge destination offering food and drinks, duckpin bowling, arcade entertainment, events and other gathering spaces.
Ramaswamy, an Ohio businessman and former presidential candidate, has remained active in state and national politics.
The Cambridge appearance comes as property taxes and the rapid expansion of large-scale data center projects continue to generate discussion in communities across Ohio.
