WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. — A portion of WV 20 (Shortline Highway), near the Sawmill Bridge, will be restricted to one lane on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, for a scheduled bridge inspection.
The lane restriction will be in place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers during the inspection. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect slight delays while traveling through the area.
Officials note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
