BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. – The West Virginia Division of Highways issued the following traffic advisory for Brooke County:
A portion of County Route 7/3 (Putney Ridge Road) in Colliers will be restricted to one lane from milepost 0.50 to milepost 2.43 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025 and Friday, July 18, 2025 for road maintenance. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect slight delays.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
