BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. – In Brooke County, a Thursday afternoon fire in Windsor Heights caused extensive damage to a home.
Crews went to the scene in the 200 block of Francis Avenue about
1:20 p.m. to find heavy smoke and fire billowing from the house.
No one suffered injuries but the house is a total loss.
