BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – The Belmont County Emergency Management Agency announced that the following warming centers are now open to residents needing to come out of the cold weather.
Officials advise people to bring important items such as prescription medications, cell phones with chargers, drinks, snacks, blankets and other things you deem necessary.
Please call ahead to ensure the center is open. The warming center list is subject to change.
