BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – The former commander of the Bellaire Salvation Army post has entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of sexual imposition under terms of a plea agreement.
The Belmont County Prosecutors Office had charged Louis Patrick with a felony charge of
sexual battery after receiving a complaint from a female Salvation Army worker in
Bellaire.
