Ohio County, WV — A portion of WV 88, near 2477 Oglebay Drive in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., beginning Wednesday, November 12, 2025, through Friday, November 14, 2025, for the installation of a new gas line.
Traffic will be maintained by flaggers, and motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
Alternate Routes: Drivers may use WV 88, County Route 25 (Peter Run Road), US 40, or Interstate 70 to avoid congestion.
