OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. — County Route 29 (Dixon Run Road) in Valley Grove will be closed to traffic from milepost 0.86 to milepost 0.90 beginning Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
The closure will be in effect daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through early April as crews conduct slip repair work. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and use alternate routes during the closure.
Suggested detours include County Route 8 (Chapel Hill Road), County Route 33 (Dement Cemetery Road), or U.S. Route 40.
Project schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
