Steubenville City Manager Mike Johnson brought Building Inspector Tim Maurer to Tuesday night’s Steubenville City Council meeting to explain signage and warning signs about entering the facility recently posted at the Fort Steuben Mall complex.
Maurer told council members he has been monitoring the property since November and said he has observed steady deterioration of the building during that time.
