MOUNDSVILLE — The Marshall County Animal Shelter has expanded its facilities with the addition of 26 new outdoor kennels and a walking path for visitors.
County officials say the $450,000 project is aimed at improving animal care while also making it easier for the public to view pets available for adoption.
The new walking path allows visitors to comfortably see and interact with animals in the outdoor kennels, which officials hope will increase adoption rates and enhance the overall experience at the shelter.
