Small Improvements Continue Across Bellaire Under Mayor Robert Dodrill

BELLAIRE, Ohio — Since taking office, Mayor Robert Dodrill has overseen a number of community improvement efforts aimed at enhancing the village one project at a time.

The latest example is ongoing work at Union Park, where construction and upgrades are currently underway. Village officials recently highlighted the progress and thanked residents for their patience during the project.

Residents have also noticed improvements beyond village-led projects. Gulla’s Family Restaurant, one of Bellaire’s most recognizable local businesses, recently installed a new awning, giving the longtime landmark a refreshed appearance.

Meanwhile, Bellaire’s street department has been taking advantage of a break in the weather to address potholes throughout the village. With hot patch material finally available, crews have been working to make repairs across town, with additional work still planned.

While none of these projects alone transform the community overnight, village leaders say they represent steady progress and a commitment to improving Bellaire’s appearance, infrastructure, and quality of life.
