WHEELING, W.Va. — Fire crews were dispatched to the Elm Terrace Shopping Center in Elm Grove Wednesday evening following reports of a vehicle fire.
The incident was reported shortly after 7:20 p.m. Emergency responders were notified that a vehicle had caught fire in the shopping center parking area.
According to initial reports, the fire was extinguished using a fire extinguisher before firefighters arrived on scene.
Fire departments still responded to assess the situation and ensure the fire was fully extinguished.
